RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ashur, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is created with care and attention to detail to reflect the elegance and confidence that define Ashur.
If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
- Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Returns and exchanges are only valid for items purchased directly from www.ashur.com or authorised Ashur sales channels.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings and other jewellery.
- Intimates or undergarments.
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items.
- Custom-made or personalised pieces.
- Exchanges
- At Ashur, we currently do not offer exchanges.
- If you wish to replace an item with a different size, colour, or style, we kindly ask that you return the original item (subject to our return conditions) and place a new order for your desired product.
- This process ensures that each purchase meets our quality standards and that all customers receive brand-new, unworn items.
- Returns & Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method (minus any shipping fees).
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
- Ashur reserves the right to deny a refund if returned items do not meet the stated conditions.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
- Items damaged due to wear, misuse, or alteration are not eligible for return or replacement.
- How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email support@theashur.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and supporting photos if applicable.
- Our customer care team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Carefully package the item in its original condition and ship it back using a reliable courier service.
- Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
